I like it... it is different, but:
1). There are too many images, which slows down loading time. Try to use less and optomize them better.
2). Maybe have rollovers on the navagation, it just tells the user whats going on.
I think you could display your portfolio a little better. Not sure how I would go about doing it but right now it doesn't look very professional.
Good luck and I hope I helped some how.

Hey, it's quite nice! I like the colours you've used. The images do take quite a while to load (and i'm on 4mb broadband). I would probably use some css to make the links fit into the scheme of things, mouse over etc. The navigation font fits in well, i'm a little unsure why it's not centered or left aligned, it's kind of just plonked there.

i like the idea, but feel like it needs some sort of animation, or roll over, or something... the jagged lines are nice, but it almost feels too static to me...

It looks a bit crammed to me, maybe you could space it out a little more.

I have to agree with Jamesyookay here, it is crammed...spread items out more at the top or inject a little red or yellow highlights to break up the blue.
Get rid of this line: "With a few years of web designing experience, I am confident that I have all the fundamental and essential skills to design a perfect website for you! "
That will instantly lose you business.
That light blue you have above the Welcome message does not work well at all, it should match the hue of the other blues but does not.
You have nice soft curves and angles at the top but the rest of the page is very sharp and angular, it should be consistently one or the other.
I like your site and can see you have gone to the effort of validating your HTML and CSS, well done!
