Hey guys, I have a ticket opened at Brius that hasn't been answered in 3 days 6 hrs 59 mins. Whats going on?

Nah, they are a great host. I haven't experienced any technical problems what so ever. In fact, I think my problem is an extremely rare one. I just don't have the power to fix it.

It was concerning the over due invoices and I deleted them right when I read your ticket. I just didn't update you on that. My mistake.

And to anybody who thinks I'm bashing Brius, they are the best host I've ever been with. In fact, I recently purchased there hosting just to host my biggest project, which is having hundreds of dollars poured into it. I trust Brius with my investment, and so should you
