  Old  Sale promotion site?

Hi all,

I am unsure if this is the correct section for this enquiry however i wish to know if there is a market for a certain scheme.

Would you list your template/site/product/domain on a website for FREE, if that website then promoted your product in numerous ways to present your product to thousands of potential buyers, but in return the site took 1.5% of the money made?

This is me brainstorming for a potential site,

Please be honest

Regards,
YoungCoder

Honestly I think it could work, it's been thought of before many a time but the main pitfall is to actually do the promoting.

If you can actually get the site running well I think it could be a success.

Yeah, it will work if you can drive enough traffic to it and actually make sales. It's almost a cross between templatemonster and ebay. Would need a pretty secure backend and a decent design to give it some appeal. 1.5% is nothing really

I would definitly add my products to it, just depends how much traffic you can deliver and how targeted it is.
