Paypal. Users are less likely to hesitate about using Paypal than any other option, because they're more likely to have heard of it.

I use MoneyBookers. Can't really complain, it's just that withdrawals take some time. PayPal withdrawals are faster..

I use Paypal.These days almost every hosting company accept payment through paypal.I have still did not find any company that accept payment through MoneyBookers.

I've used moneybookers just for paying for multiple skype accounts. Our company has several skype accounts and skype requires to use a different paypal account to pay each skype account. When I used moneybookers there were no problems to pay with one MB account for all.
One thing I hated with MB was their CC verification process. They send some amount to your CC, you have to check it on the CC statement and enter it in their admin. However, they send the amount in pounds sterling..it comes to our bank account in USD..and guess what, you can never find out what was the original amount they sent in pounds, unless you go and deal with your bank on place..
