Unless you're in a business for a long time, people won't believe you. An example of trustful company is www.hostgator.com

Shows you don't even have funds to get the custom design before the launch. How come you got a dedicated? Are you a reseller?

Yes, we are a reseller. And we will be opening dedicated services when the company grows.
As for the unmetered, we can change that.
ANd it's not that we did not have funds for the billing system and template, it's just that we want to see if this company will be a success before we put more into it.

Well, you can't get success that way.. You need a system to organize your clients and to invoice them on time.
Even if you decide to do it your way, and lets say you get 200 clients, who will be responsible for manually putting 200 clients into a billing system, which includes gathering all sorts of information?
Clients like to see hard work go into your company and money invested, without this it will force them to turn around.

Leave him to his methods, he has heard what others think he should do. It's his choice, his chance to learn.
You shouldn't govern others as to what they should do, you stick to your method, he will stick to his.
@.Seth: You will learn over time, what you should use, learn from experience as they say. You should join a few webhosting forums like, www.webhostingtalk.com.
