$4,000-$9,000 with selling/flipping sites + adsense revenue + CPA revenue (MaxBounty, AzoogleAds, etc.)

I know this is such a delayed quote but...
If you think that's expensive, you should come on over to the Silicon Valley  You might be able to get $800-900k for that small-medium house... If it even looks like it's had work done on it, it starts at 1mill (It's getting better though)
