Need good PHP coder for changes to e-commerce site

I'm looking for a skilled PHP programmer who has experience with e-commerce sites, secure forms and cookies. Here's in short what needs to be done:

1. small modifications to a secure (https) checkout form(s), mainly work with cookies but also some cosmetic stuff
2. make another non-SSL form use https (with https checking & redirection code from the checkout form)
3. changes to product search function (easy) plus some fixes here and there

I need someone who works in a timely manner, isn't doing ten projects at the same time and has decent English.

I'm surprised I'm having trouble finding a PHP programmer on this forum. I'm new here and don't know the members, so can you please recommend me a coder who can handle this project? Upfront payment is possible, just need someone who can get the job done quickly.
