i like it but maube make the white above the header a little smaller?

Not bad. Though isn't the main purpose of the logo in the header to grabs the users attention first so they know what website they are looking at? The text just blends into the header way too much. I would suggest fixing that. Other than that, it's not too bad.

The rollovers seem like too much also what sixmode pointed out

I want to change the rollovers, I just forgot. :S

How would you guys suggest bringing the logo out more?

Maybe change the header bg color from blue... try it?

that blurry face doesnt really look appealing to me..
