I'm going to say In-View systems.
They are a very well rounded company, They do all Graphic design needs, Web designs, ECommerce, SEO optimation, Original Logo creations, and their designers come from all types of art backgrounds. They also have a background of working with various types of businesses.

ndesign-studio (although he isn't active), his work is far superior to anyones here in my eyes ( http://www.webdesignerwall.com & http://www.next2friends.com).
Plenty of good designers here such as Anthony, Aftermath, HyproVision, Fruda, rosem (whilst he was here), Bryan Le and whoever else i've forgot. I just feel ndesign is a step above everyone else partly because of his illustration skills!

I don't get the hype about kwaku, he is a good designer, but not near as good as you make him out to be.

I like him because he's got a talent to make things flow. His layouts all seem so perfect.
Bryan Le is pretty good too, his works have a nice aire about them.
www.brius.com for example.

Well, I am not sure..
For forums and layouts I tend to like Aftermath even though his style is some times repetitive he get's it right which is ok.
I love Anthony recently for his blog / wordpress work.. Mainly the ones with the "Colour bar" strips.. they've all been very nice.
And I like Bennet for his amazing logo work =)
