Full Time Wordpress Designer Position - Salary + Paid Holidays + Flexibility

I'm looking for designers that will be available to work with us providing Wordpress designs. We currently have numerous inquiries for WP designs, so many that we need to hire. We currently employ 2 full time designers, but they are completely booked up with our other projects at the time. We are a growing company and there is plenty more room for growth. Due to the size, complexity, and uptime requirements of our sites, our developers are presented with challenging problems requiring well-architected, well-coded, and well-tested solutions on a daily basis. The type of work will vary, although most of your work will be designing and coding wordpress templates in our servicing division of the company. You will also occassionally work on internal projects as well. We need you to be a great communicator, honest, a great designer and an equally good WP coder.

Qualifications:
1. Must be at least 18 years or older
2. Must be available 40 hours a week (full time) or 20-30 hours a week (part time)
3. Expert knowledge of web design, Wordpress, and wordpress skinning / coding. Any other languages are only a plus!
4. Some on-call time to respond to emergency situations may be required.
