Please do not assume I stole code from Panic. It's a script which is free online which does a similar output as Panic's.

I made mine from a tutorial which can be found here;

http://blog.codefidelity.com/?p=17

I've even mentioned Panic at the bottom of the site even though I'm not using theirs. So I don't see how I've stolen their javascript.

Liar.... From the site you just linked to.

*** Please Note: Code contained in the javascript file in the example was taken directly from Panic.com’s javascript library. This code is (C) 2007 Panic, Inc. ***

Don't be stupid.

Caleb from coda says

I’m glad we could be of inspiration — but I’m a little bit bummed out that you took the time to remove our copyright information from the Javascript you’re redistributing.

First of all it's Cabel from Panic, not Caleb.

Since I took it from the site I linked to it therefore means I didn't steal it. The person who released that script now has the permission from Panic. So therefore it's not stolen as I wouldn't do such as thing. You've only quoted the first comment from Cabel to make out that I'm some bad guy. If you have nothing positive or constructive to say please leave my thread. The script is free to use and isn't stolen in anyway.

Make up your mind. You can't be both using their code with their permission (which you claim) and using code that is just like theirs but is not theirs.

Which is it ?
