Project Leads site - Is it clear?

This is my main client, who has a site used for finding project leads or business leads.

The task was to take the existing site and simplify it, so that the page looked less cluttered and also reword the text and layout so that people could better understand "what the site does". Any comments on the look, feel, layout and whether you understand what the site is for, would be much appreciated.

Well; it looks really good to me. I know I say this a lot, but I like the attention to detail. It's the little things that make the big things happen!

I have to say; I'm only 15, and I understand it, so I suppose you must've done quite a good job!

I must say that Dave gave us excellent input, everything was wireframed with loads of details, and I would definitely recommend him for freelance work!
