Nice site concept but there are several areas that are not in my liking.

I don't think you have researched your colours well, there are far too many clashes going on in there, please consider checking sites like this: http://www.adampolselli.com/getthelook/

Typography, you have a lot to learn here, there are too many different fonts used and they make your site look very amateurish. Consider researching this more.

I agree with Julian regarding the colours, the two blues you use are very strong and they kind of clash initially. I find the text you have used for your navigation hard to read (possibly because of the dropshadow and spacing/font). I'm not sure what your default font is on this page but it's doesn't look that professional....try using verdana or tahoma
