For Better Page Rank You should make your site popular on net. For that you should develop good back link. That you can do with some latest idea like Social book marking, Blog, Forum Signature. As I am working in SEO Services provider company from some time I learned that, page Renk is not important it is only measurement for Google to give category to your site thats it nothing else. you should concentrate to get traffic rather then page rank.

As Rony stated, Page Rank is only a variable means to determine category ranking on a specific Search Engine, which does help increase traffic, but should not be the only methodology focused on.

Back Links, SEO (Keyword Density, Valid Markup, etc...) Word of Mouth, and other general means, such as Forum Signature/Posts, and Blog Advertisements, would gain you most credible traffic increase.

Also it worth to do some article submissions. It will drive some visitors and give you links on relevant pages.

To get pr in your site it must be old as 2-3 months and domain must be old as 1-2 years. Please follow these steps to get pr in your site.
