Looks like you have to submit a link to your page. Nothing else.

Like mentioned we can’t tell much about the used coding.
Giving us a phrase or query to look for and test without giving us the used code, assuming being a bit private will give us a better look on things.
Also, a few minor pointers hoping if ok to submit.
- I’d love to see some kind of “searching in progress” notification somewhere.
- Being scared as **** to loose ie. about 25GB of my just uploaded porn I’d love to see some kind of contact information in the footer of your website, knowing you’re the real deal or not, and knowing there will be actually someone to shout at in case things go unexpected.
- Being English (Dutch actually) I suggest using the words “Applications” instead of “Apps”, and “TV series” instead of “TV” instead.
However, so far, looking good
All the best,
Cor

Well, without seeing the PHP code we can't really advise you that much.
But, check whether your PHP code has comments, and is properly laid out.
E.G.
Harder to read
Code:
<?php if($blah=="blah"){echo"bleh";}?>
Easier to read
Code:
<?php
// The IF function for blah
if($blah=="blah")
{
echo "bleh";
}
?>
