Actually, the vast majority of online gaming websites encourage you to use their branded content on your website. Lots of websites have download sections allowing you to download their flash games but it takes a very long time (without using this script) to add those games to your website.

Yes, but what's to stop somebody from using it on my site?

Do you run an online gaming website? Are all of the games added to your site custom? (ie. paid for / designed by you?) Why not embrace the culture, add mochiads to your games and make a ton more money?

Yes , I own a online gaming website.
Some are paid for non are designed by me.
Already hugged the culture, what I dont want is xxxx number of scripts out there thinking hey 'This guys at the top he has a lot of games lets download his content from him'. Lets face it there not gonna scrape content from arcade site no 989987987 at the bottom of google are they. They'll go for the ones ranked at the top.
Do you understand where I'm coming from.?

The script doesn't scrape any of the physical content of the website, no game names or game descriptions are scraped, just the flash game .swf's. The game crawler wont have any effect on the SERPs of any website scraped what-so-ever.
You say "some are paid for" meaning, I assume, most of them aren't. You must have got these games from somewhere. This script is doing nothing illegal, nothing people aren't already doing. It just makes finding and adding content to the site 100x easier and quicker.
I'll happily continue this discussion with you in PM.

yes, I actually bought these games in a pack and uploaded to my server.
I'm worried more so on the implications it will have on my bandwidth and the effect it will have on my users. If people running your script scrape swf from my site it will slow it down and add to my bandwidth bill.
