Good one Man I really liked your techinque of giving text a black bg to make it readable.. But there's something to be done with structure and YEP! one more thing: The 2 png's at the top of the page are not working good with IE6

cpr is an unknown quantity at this point

The different colour variations can be a bit 'in your face' at times.
I'd add spacing between the portfolio items and the text at the side / beneath them.
I'd add a background for the content and use the wood as the page background.
Lastly, i'd add a footer, the page ends quite abruptly at the moment.
