Selling web design for apartment renting

Hello,

I am selling out a web design for apartment (or apartments) in PSD file.
The design is inteded for single apartment (mostly) and to work as flash web site.

It's important to mention that this design is unique, which means that I won't aditionally sell same design to someone else. To make it more simple - one copy, one buyer. I have no conditions about this design, which means
once you get it you can do whatever you want with it. You will also get required font that goes with design.

Since design is unique, the price is 250euros and I can take transfer only via moneybookers (more info at http://www.moneybookers.com) I could take via western union aswell but no transfer fee with moneybookers. I don't have PayPal in my country, so I have to say "yes its possible to not have paypal"

I won't post jpeg sample file here nor give link to place where you could see it, due to people who has skill but no talent. You can get sample via e-mail thou.

A word of advice: Telling people you have a great design for sale but not allowing them to have a look at it is not going to help you sell it. Just upload a watermarked version somewhere to make it impossible for anyone to steal it, but enabling us, potential buyers, to see what you're selling.

You're going to get so much more interest in your work when you show a preview in your sales thread.
