I am looking for a programmer whom I can send regular work to that knows PHP MYSQL AJAX CSS Coding etc.

I have alot of projects that I need finished and only have one reliable programmer who currently works for me and is too busy to take on all these projects.

My budget will depend on your quality of work, I would prefer to hire someone from US/Canada/UK.
