I think I agree with chaka42,

When you are having trouble identifying a font you can go here http://new.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ and upload an image of the font.

It's not 100% accurate because it's based off what's in their database and any new fonts probably wont turn up but if it doesn't find the exact font it will usually give many options that are really close.
