I need a custom header and background for my blog

I am looking for someone that can design me a cute header and background for my existing wordpress blog. I will need to see how you design stuff i you want me to choose you. Please i had a problem before.i am looking for someone to design something for an existing wordpress theme...that i have installed..i dont want a custom blog design there is a difference...i also want a flat up front price
