Personally, I run a very targeted weekly newsletter for freelancers with XXXX subscribers.
I normally include some links to good tutorials and articles in each one, so I'm always looking for good content. If you have a Photoshop tutorial website, or a blog about Freelancing, or something that targets designers specifically, definitely let me know.
