Looking for Moderators on a new forum

Hey guys.
I'm hiring 2 forum moderators for the time being.
The positions are on a newly created forum.

Moderators will be paid $5 monthly with a performance incentive as well.
The performance incentive will be based on the performance of the forum.
If we meet our Adsense $100 payment you will be paid on a 5% commission.
Or if you chose a $.01 per post incentive instead. You will, however, be held to a quality standard.
Monthly performance will be posted in the staff forum so you see for yourself what we have made and are paid accordingly.

I have a lot of hopes for the forum and am sure it will go far. Being a moderator gives you the opportunity to help the forum grow and be paid as a bonus as well.

Moderators will also be given raises in commissions and posting incentives according to performance.
