Yahoo won't overtake Google, but there's no reason to believe they couldn't partner with Google just as they have with Bing. The Yahoo - Bing partnership hasn't worked as well as expected.

I do not think so because google is the best because of user friendly features. overtake to google by any network is not easy in near future.

Old  Yahoo Over Take Google, NOT!

Not a chance. Bing is more suited to overtake Google. I guess Yahoo! just have been focusing on advertisements. Although they really have good and catchy articles, some are just for advertising purposes only. And that somehow ticks you off.

Also, Yahoo is turning into a gossip hub rather than a website that brings legitimate news. Just browse their site and their Yahoo trends and you will see what I mean.

Yahoo is long gone, I don't think I'd consider using it.
