Homesite 5.5 with some extensions
my weapon of choice is Macromedia Homesite 5.5 with some extensions for PHP and MySQL added.
i tend to also use it for action scripting in .as files, the colour coding is just so darned helpful.
(personally i don't like dreamweaver and other wysiwyg's)

Textpad and phped, mostly because I bought licenses and have been using them for a long time - and also because I like them.

Notepad. But for syntax highlighting, i use Textpad, just because the university recommended it, it is good though especially for java, quick and easy compiler without having to go into DOS.
