There are many C compilers for windows including GCC and MSVC express. A quick Google search took me to this C tutorial that should get you started.

guys i know how to code in php and dat s because i'm gud at c nd c++ coding! The only point where i am stuck is again how do i use a "compiled" c/c++ program with php on windows setup?

Use shell_exec to run the compiled program, it makes it like you're running a command line command.

Hey, I'm just as much as a fan of php as you guys, but when it comes to data indexing, you can't go wrong with python.

Only if you're using numpy, and even then, Cython is probably still better.
