You're never going to be able to please everyone when you're designing something for a community of designers. It's not perfect, but the members voted this one to be displayed. It's not as if it's going to be up for ever.

So what if it doesn't match?
It's about Christmas spirit, and TF was giving back to the community by displaying a members header. It's not like it'll be there forever. Change is good sometimes. I'd be extremely disappointed in the administration if they changed the header to a different one.

Don't worry, I'm pretty confident that the current header will remain for the duration of the holiday period!
You should of entered the old one into the contest Robson, it might have won!

Exactly. And I do not believe a rotation of different ones would be fair to the winner of the contest.

Would entirely defeat the point of entering and winning a contest.

Ah. It's not my favorite but I get more and more use to each each time I visit.

Yeah - everyone had the right to enter the competition, and thats the banner that won as voted by TF members. Its always going to be impossible to please everyone, but as this one got most votes ( and the competition was pretty good as well ), you have to assume that the majority of most members like it.

I'm sorry but the one that is up now looks squashed.
