I hate the way American's are conducting themselves at the moment.

In their own set laws they are not allowed to give a death sentence, so why should they agree to a death sentence in this case? Yes, Saddam might have committed "crimes against humanity" but that doesn't mean that you disregard the laws that are already set that you agree with.

Iraqi law does allow a death sentence, but that doesn't mean that everyone should not reject it and see it as inhumane.

I don't think they are allowed to by law. If they did, that would be an outrage. You shouldn't want them to broadcast stuff like that, if you do want them to, I'm sorry to say but your completely immoral.

Nightmare, you're telling me there is no place in the US where the death penalty is still available? I can think of two places right off the top of my head where lethal injection is still used.

err i do believe bbc would be european news. but thats not the point, the judges were of Iraqi descent, and america had little say in the case about the ruling, since hanging isnt part of an american death penalty hence its happening in iraq and not here.

America still has the death penalty in quite a few places so may wanna check up on that before you say we are so bad and go against are own policies, when thats not true. and since when do they not allow the death penalty, i do believe they do, but i may be wrong.

and i hope they film it to, i wanna see the bastard die.
