I would say that Quality content is more important than Quantity of content because if Quality of content is good than users want to read it and other hand if you write low Quality content, user don’t want to read it.

Both are important for SEO.Quality is important for getting better PR.Quantity is important for key word improvement, better indexing and also for getting more back link.

well i'll summarize it....you can give a high quality content with precise quantity instead of high quantity content with lots of crap in it and waste you time....

Quality and Quantity both are important terms for the SEO point of view.Quality deals with the contents of the site.Quantity deals with the back links of the site.Quality is required for getting PR.Quantity is required for getting visitors and back links.This will also help to increase the key word of the site.
