[Hiring] PSD > PHTML, CSS, jQuery

I am looking to get a simple site coded. I just need 1 page coded, and the header and footer separate from each content file so its easy to make changes.

Site has 1 jQuery slider at the top, which when at the portfolio section of the website should load images from the required category.

I hired someone to do it, and they did it in tables and the sites a mess. I want a nice clean easy and interactive coding job. You can see what the previous coder has done here www.edwardsandsons.ca/new
