try and give people ratings!

just thought in the gallery, on people work would be helpful to use the rating out fo 5 and include in your critique what you gave them, for example;

"very good, the graphics are crisp and the content works well. but you could rework the logo somewhat! 4/5"

then rate the thread 4/5 using the rating tools. would be nice to have people doing it frequently.
