Nice work buddy! It is clean, simple and very functional.
I like the image placeholders, and the structure.
A few things I would change are the search box, it looks like a broken piece of the header layout? A footer, or some kind of definition at the bottom would be nice. And I would definitely consider making it a fluid layout. The width is set at 990pixels, this makes a horizontal scroll bar on the computer at work. 14% of people still browse with 800x600 res: http://www.upsdell.com/BrowserNews/stat_trends.htm#res
