I want get place in TOP10 in Google. I got advice to buy links on mainpages. I'm interesting: Is it effective?

Yes buy site wide links is also effective way of getting good position but you will have to take care of the following points before purchasing any link positions:

• Per day visitors on page
• Relevancy
• Website content

another thing... make use of that wonderful signature...bots are always crawling forums...put a link on every forum id you have to your site...don't know how well that will help with your pr...but hey it's still free advertising and gets the bots to your site more often

What have you started to do so far? Make sure you have your keywords selected and your META tags.

These links must be relevant from the sites with high PR. The density of the keyword must be appropriate and surely fresh unique content.These things help you to be in top 10 not only in Google but in the other SEs as well.

Can you tell me where can I view the statistics on per day visitors on page? And what figures should I have to buy the link from the page?

Only to the owner?

Of course that depends if the website i driven by a group of people or it's a one man deal. If you email the owner he should be able to get the information for you or point you to somebody who can.
