Installed this browser on my desktop and it has become

Has a few extensions to install. Pages render very

wow...they fixed their website...
anyway, after looking at the browser, my first impression was it's firefox with a skin on. by the looks of it it pretty much *is* firefox with a couple of extra features added (such as integrated blogging and online bookmarks). the layout of menus and the options (i hear you say, nay! the tabs in the firefox options dialogue are down the left hand side, not the top! The thing is, in Firefox 1.5 (which you can download the beta of) the tabs have gone along the top for quite some time now) dialogue are essentially the same.
pros:
damn pretty
cons:
-uses the word 'favorites'. i prefer 'bookmarks' because with it i don't have to get frustrated at how my software uses american spellings of words
-almost identical to firefox
-has yahoo as default search in the searchbar instead of a decent search like google. i guess this is just personal preference though.
-has also copied some elements from safari such as the annoying thing where the close buttons for the tabs are on the tabs, not in one central place. again, this is just personal preference.

You can change the serach, I did. Con's it doesn't allow me to take my Opera Bookmarks, and put them onto it. Opera ones use my FireFox ones. Also the Favorites window opens in the tab. I found that really obscure o_O.

I don't need the fancy interface changes, nor the blogging or other extensions and most importantly I don't need a buggy in-development (sure, argue that all browsers are still in development) browser.
Once it is finished, I might look at Flock again but not for a while.
