This is such an attractive design, and it's not often I will say that -- only when I really mean it. The attention to detail is second to none. I especially adore the old war style feel you have given the site.
Sadly, I'm in no need for a design like this, but I will certainly refer clans who are looking for website designs to this thread. I part-run a hosting company and come across the clients who you are seeking on a daily basis.

I can code it with simple html if the buyer requests it. And, after it is coded (by me, or the buyer) I can add flash to the main navigation, and maybe the banner (no promises on me doing the banner).
