I wish to note that while this was a problem, we still stayed within our Service Level Agreement:
( 7 hours 15 minutes to 14 hours 30 minutes (99% - 98% uptime) -- 15% credit )

please tell me they actually did a 100% refund, and didnt pull this crap? this is from the thead at S5
