  Old  Coder Need *With Expereince*

I would like a coder with advanced knowledge in php, mysql, html. At least those.

Budget: $150
^ Can be negotiated.

What I need:
- CMS
- Members System (possible intergration with forums)
- League Script
- Tournament Script

Your offering $150 for a custom CMS, Member System, League Script AND a tournament script? I'd suggest upping your budget a lot, you might get the design coded in html for that price.

That's what I was thinking. I could code a very basic CMS for $150. OR create a members system and integrate it for $150. But above and beyond that, $1000+ is what you're looking at.
