TM - Changing and Selling

Ok, I wanted to know this before I even did ANYTHING. I bought a few Template Monster temps a while back, and they are just sitting there. I was wondering what to do with them? I can't just sell em, because thats against the 'Terms of Use' or am I wrong? Is it ok to edit them, make a few changes, then sell them? I read the other thread about this but I still do not understand it. Please help me. Thanks.

I'm not too sure about this.. editing would have to be major editing.
Then again if you were to add some dummy content, buy some hosting, and stick a domain on it, you'd be selling as a site rather then a template. Would that work?

Best bet would be to contact TM about this

Im pretty sure you can't sell it on without buying the exclusive rights to it.

In other words, the expensive option at TM, instead of the cheap one.

Ya, nothing you can do about it, throw it in the trash bin or use it.

Yes you can edit them ( as you wish it doesnt need to be major editing) and then resell them to ur client.. ex if u have 2 templates.. u edit these templates and sell them.. dont make more copies .

You are welcome. No i just wanted to help bluedevil, i dont have flash templates lol and never bought anything from template monster i just go there to get some ideas and look at their great designs

Actually, even with Exclusive rights you can't resell them. I read that somewhere....
