Nixism
Does anyone have the contact info for the new owner.
My site has been down for over 24 hours now (it's the whole server, not just me missing payment) and I can't get a hold of the owner. I was talking to the old owner and apparently the company was sold, I wasn't informed at all but aside from that, I can't even get in touch with anyone to see what is happening.
If I pay for a service, I expect to at least get SOME uptime, over 24 hours down is ridiculous. And this is the second time I've been down in the last week.
Also, if anyone knows how I can access my files without having the site up, please let me know (from what I can tell it's impossible...).
Thank you.

If your website is down, then you can't access files. That's akin to asking if you can work on your computer when it's shut off.

Yep same issue. Been terrible service for past few months. I just need to get access for a database backup and then can go.
Last time it was down it was just the DNS so you could still get access to ftp or via IP but still... is abit stupid

I'm contacting Host Dime which is apparently who Nixism was buying the resellers package from. Hopefully they can help out, if they can, I'll let you know, if not... oh well.

They're not going to do anything for you. The account is not in your name.
