Advaned Actionscript / Flash Coder

Hello,

I'm looking for someone knowledgeable and advanced with Adobe Flash and Actionscript (Javascript and Rails is a plus but not required by any means). I can't say exactly what the job will endure, but it will be along the lines of creating the following types of media devices:

• Advanced Video Player (normal features with the ability to record yourself then upload)
• Advanced Music/Audio Player
• Live Streaming via the Video Player
• Possibly Chat

Looking for experienced people only. The following is required from people interested:

• Work samples - portfolio not a requirement
• Providing contact information (name, phone, address, etc)
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability and willingness to sign Legal Documentation and a NDA

A resume would be very nice but is not required.

Please do not ask for my budget as I will not provide with it. Just know it's enough.
