I'd be willing to teach you for an hour, go through a layout and explain how it's relayered and not just sliced.

[19:50:05] Julek says: I deleted the whole things
[19:50:08] Julek says: thing
hmm, i explained code he asked explained, he still wouldn't listen.
He now deleted it because it was "messed" (failing to understand that absolute positioning takes pixel lining up.,)

I'm not sure you understood what I meant by "I deleted the whole thing" - That was to your benefit, so I wouldn't use it.
Why? I haven't learned a single thing.
You kept giving me snippits of code, that by the way didn't usually work, so we had to restart on the code. All I was doing was copy and pasting, while he was taking his time writing bad code.
At the end, when we had a very messed up looking header, he says "Times up, now I can finish and explain for $15 more" ...
I did not learn ANYTHING at ALL.

Hmm, you didn't seem to want to use "past knowledge" (2mins ago) to type in the height or anything.
"[18:29:41] Julek says: type the new code"
Anyway I'm setting up my thread tomorrow, including what was stated what was wanted and what was actually wanted.
Also you're now claiming invalid code, when you told me you deleted the code I make a save from my cache of what we had, fully valid.

VIK, keep in mind fully valid code, can also be the worst website created by man. If he asked you to do the whole thing, then do it. Also, if he knew he was supposed to use "past knowledge" then he would have. Also, sending in snippets of code is not teaching. You actually have to explain each line indiviually, and what makes it do that. Please learn how to teach before you volunteer.

Ugh, I can't wait for this new topic - There'll be a ton of explanation of your wrong doing.

Trust me, I have taught people for free over time, bare in mind taught (what was wanted) and then a walk through to coding his layout was then wanted.
I didn't give snippets, I gave the code step by step, until I realised 30mins had gone and that it would be nowhere near finished.
margin: 0 auto;
[18:05:48] Julek says: okay
[18:05:53] Julek says: that's it?
[18:06:03] Andy - VI5 says: this defines a 0 margin at the top and bottom and an auto margin at the sides

When explaining how to centre the div.

Problem is, I don't know what an "auto margin" is, nor did I know half the things you were trying to explain - which I told you about.
