Questions you ask from your clients.
Hello,
What questions do you ask from your clients before starting working out on the templates.
I'm having difficulty because of clients being unresponsive to the questions.
They just tell me to work on a graphical template like www.gotfrag.com but this doesn't describe properly what they want.
Before starting out client designs, what details do you expect from them?
Regards,
Muhammad Haris

Thanks but that doesn't really help.

Things to know before working on projects:
1. Project timeline (i.e. template/interface=0 week(s), revisions=0 week(s), etc.)
2. Payment method and schedule
3. Delivery date
4. Delivery method
For most websites, I have them fill in a brief for the site so we understand the expectations, on both ends. Here's a sample of a creative brief. (PDF) I also use a site plan template.

Thanks for the links. These may be useful for big projects! Is it ok by you if I "take" them?

Your post is still kinda worthless to this thread as I asked:
Before starting out client designs, what details do you expect from them?
