Well the original thread wasn't deleted by me but when your calling another member of the forums "a son of a -----" it's pretty obvious whats going to happen so please don't have a go at the staff for doing there job.
Now I've moved this thread to legal help as I'm guessing thats what your looking for legal help on how to get your money back. Did you have a contract agreed with rosem? If not then I'm not sure what you'll be able to do other than to continue trying to contact him and file a charge-back with PayPal.
Best of luck getting your money back or getting the work from rosem. Hope this all works out in the end, we will also look into the situation with rosem in regards to TalkFreelance.

I wasn't complaining about the 'son of a ---' remark, as I meant that in a funny way (but it wasn't taken that way).. I was complaining about 'village idiot' who told me that it was a complaint and I should contact a staff member to help me out and not post topics in the forums.. which I thought was a little silly.
Anyway - thanks for keeping the topic alive and moving it to the correct section - I didn't see the business and legal help forum.

Talkfreelance is not a mediator, arbitrator or enforcement authority, and cannot get involved in disputes between parties.

Hmm.

Contact rosem with what methods we can and ask for his side of this, if he ends up having scammed a member we will ban him

Could you go ahead with these preceedings then? I'm eager to get this resolved and to get my money back - as that money has to go to the designer that replaced him in the job
