if you are a chain retail store.. atleast twice as much, if not triple, but that is my opinion.

I'm with the other guys, if you are who you say you are (which I doubt), then that budget's FAR too low.

I'm nit a chain retail store, just a "bridge" for freelancers and outsourcers, the charge is directly paid from outsourcers to freelancers.
