FreeCSS.info working again!

Just to let everyone know I have fixed a few bugs which were stopping the website from working. Downloading and viewing of templates should now work again and the advertise and submission form should also work.

If you have any old css templates kicking around I appreciate all submissions

I also found a template which I thought I had lost. You can check it out and download/comment/rate it.
