Thats what this thread is for, so Im allowed to I believe..
I can freeley say that he charges way to much, even for singapore dollars, and he will RARLEY find a customer for his quality of work.

I dont know if I was the only one who thought this... but had anyone taken under consideration that sometimes you are not to put your work in your portfolio ?
How much does he know about actual market rates?

Thank you. People who undercharge are hurting the web design business. Most people want to make this a full time job, but it is hard when little timmy will do it for pennies on the dollar because he doesnt have anything else to do.
