[WIP] Economics Website

I am still working on this and am wonder what you guys think. I am trying to get some contrast in there through some background color/pattern/gradient. Also, I feel that the header needs to be differentiated. Please pass on any ideas you may have!

Perhaps a light blue behind the white header? Besides that, I simply love it.

I agree with Bennett's suggestion. I also recommend adding some more contrast in the navigation. Looks great overall!
