Thank you very much theolatic, glad you like the design!

Thanks I tried the nav without the underline but it just didn't seem bold enough when the user hovered over the links. I needed a way to make it stand out a little more so I thought I would use the underline. Thanks for your suggestion though, I appreciate it.

Site is looking beautiful to be honest, has a lot of potential. Should go far

Edit: You're using SMF...hmm, how come not vBulletin?
Yep, well our budget initially is not too high so we figure we can start out small, use SMF and later on when we want it is easy to convert to vB in the future if we want. There are many converters out there that it should not be too big of a problem. Thanks for your comments about the site!

These were actually downloaded from icon packs found on DeviantArt.

Nice job though.
We wanted to keep the forum simple, for now at least. In the future we thought that it would be relatively easy to convert to a vB board if we want.

Yep I had an idea of what I wanted to do with it already so I went ahead with it. I wonder why.

Anyways I'd like to thank everyone's response, much more than I anticipated! I'm more than happy to hear if anyone has more comments, suggestions, or feedback as always. Hope to take on some orders so you can see the 'other side' of the site and how our service performs.

PS. It is times like this that I wish the multi-quote feature was available here.

Vbulletin is not the world.... there are other systems ....
I think the free MyBB is better than VB, its a matter of opinion.

Nobody said it was. As vBulletin tends to generally be the preferred option for forum software, I was simply asking why a forum-related website did not make use of this software. Not at any point did I claim vBulletin to be 'the world'.

No problem sir, thanks for explaining. Hopefully you'll generate enough profit to have that vBulletin in no time
