  Old  Rootkit/Scanner Problems.

ok, I have a program called Rootkit Revealer, which was suggested b a Professional Source (Leo LaPorte on KFI AM, btw) and it basically scans your harddisk for telltale signs for Rootkits, as posted on http://rootkit.com.

it cam up with 200 results, on the website (google it) it says that some things can set off alarms that aren't malacious rootkits. Now I am wondering how I can find out what is/isn't a rootkit, and how I can remove the ones that are. Please Help.
