Old  How to NOT get sick on a plane?

Not sure if this has already been posted before, but I'm going on an 8 hour flight this sunday, and while I am excited, I'm still a bit scared of getting sick on the plane, lol. I haven't been on a plane in ages, so I can't really remember what it's like, all I know is take off and landing are the worst lol.

I have a few questions:

1) What things can I do before/during the flight to help prevent nausea?
2) Can anyone recommend any good anti-nausea tablets/medicines? Right now I have Dramamine. Has anyone used that before, and experiences?
3) What foods should I avoid before/during flight?
4) What foods are good to eat before/during flight?

Uhh yeah that's about it, I guess. If anyone could answer any or all of those questions, I'd be very thankful!

Thanks

Stretch your legs every hour or so go for a walk around the plane for 5minutes, don't drink too much of anything or you find you go to the toilet every 10 minutes. watch some movies and read a book or something if you do feel sick and keep your mind off it.

So I'm of no use to you.

It's the only thing I ever do.

I love flying! I just have a few cans of lager and some food

The people I know that don't like it have used valium, not sure what the laws are in oz but over here you have to get it prescribed off a doctor.

I think if you worry about it it makes you feel worse though, so just forget about it and enjoy the flight!
